Objective
The project consist of two parts, 1) Digital Skills for all, ‘Towards a sustainable, development & equal Europe’ implementation part in Munich, Germany from 5 May to 11 May 2022 and 2) Local activities and start-up business plans in Thessaloniki, Greece from 13 July to 19 July 2022. The project aims for the participants to understand realization of lower opportunities for enterpreneralship and some solutions under digitalization tools. In part one, we invite guest trainer from Greece and listen some solutions for enterpreneralship then second part we visit local digital agencies launched by local entrepreneurs promoting gender equality matters.
Feedback
The project gave me insight about women’s empowerment, women’s entrepreneurship, and women’s development in webbing. We exchanged the knowledge of condition surrounding women’s digital skill in each participants countries, Finland, Sweden and Greece. We visited local company to talk with women who are working as software developer in Thessaloniki.

It was a great opportunity to gain more knowledge about webbing through this international project. We had some discussions about the digitalization and , which was quite impressive.I felt honored to visit the local digital agency and was encouraged by feminism empowerment in webbing after the talk. Additionally, i really enjoyed the activities in this international team and getting to know about Greek culture.
